• Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Finance charge on Past Due accounts of 1.5% per month.
• Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
• No minimum order, except on custom orders.
• Illinois sales tax applicable to Illinois residents/businesses.

Additional Charge for Sizes 2XL and Larger

• The following upcharges apply to all standard chef coats, pants and shirts:
  Size 2XL add $2.00 to price, Size 3XL add $3.00, Size 4XL add $4.00, Size 5XL add $5.00, Size 6XL add $6.00.
• The following upcharges apply to all executive chef coat styles:
  Size 2XL add $4.00 to price, Size 3XL add $5.00, Size 4XL add $6.00, Size 5XL add $7.00, Size 6XL add $8.00.

Back Orders

Chef Threads carries large inventories, however occasionally a shortage occurs. It is our policy to fill back orders as soon as the merchandise is available without additional shipping charges.

Return Policy and Conditions of Sales

• Chef Threads will accept any product which has not been worn, damaged, altered or laundered within 30 days.
• A Return Authorization Number must be obtained by calling 866.833.2111. This number must accompany the returned item(s) along with your invoice number.
• Customers are responsible for nonrefundable return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
• Only goods that have fabric or manufacturing defects may be returned at no charge, but require prior authorization from Customer Service at 866.833.2111.
• Under no circumstances will embroidered garments or those altered to non-stocked specifications be accepted for credit.
• All prices subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to convert or modify specifications, colors, prices and fabrics at any time. Crocking and bleeding are inherent characteristics of red-tone shades; Wash separately. Garments described herein offer no protection from molten metal, sparks, flames (see item #0406C) or caustic chemicals. Garments described herein are not anti-static.

All orders are shipped UPS ground delivery. Please call for next day and 2-Day services.
